LATE/NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure all clients receive the best possible experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment will be adjusted to fit the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

  • No-shows or appointments missed without notice will result in the loss of your scheduled treatment time and any payment or deposit made will be forfeited.
